I am Yusheng Ding, a Master's graduate in Information Interaction and Design from the University of British Columbia (UBC) and a Bachelor of Computer Science graduate from the University of Toronto. My academic background focuses on Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), VR, and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Currently, I work as an Algorithm Assistant Engineer at Ping An Comprehensive Financial Services in Shanghai, where I focus on AI Agent product planning and implementation. I have successfully designed and deployed intelligent quality inspection and strategy recommendation systems, significantly improving retention rates and efficiency.

My previous experience includes roles as a Product Manager at Zephyr in Vancouver, a Research Assistant at UBC's Designing for People research cluster, and a Digital Product Operations intern at NIO. I have a strong track record of bridging the gap between technical implementation and product vision, with expertise in AI applications, VR, and full-stack development.
